Day 2: Half Day Goa Excursion
After breakfast at the hotel (except Pinto Rosario Square accommodation), you will go on a half day sightseeing tour to explore Goa (Panaji – Baga beach (North Goa stay) or Colva beach (South Goa stay)). During the sightseeing tour you will be able to enjoy the beauty of Goan beaches. You will also see the Portuguese side of Goa with its unforgettable charm when you will visit Panaji city.
Panaji is the state capital. This city will open for you a new India, which was once occupied by the Portuguese in this territory, therefore it is here, walking along its quarters, you will feel the spirit of Portugal with the smell of Indian spices coming from local shops and restaurants. It is here that Goan beauties come to pamper themselves with new products from local brand stores and it is here that you can buy a real Goan Feni or port wine. In Panaji you will be able to see Hindu temple of God Hanuman with its extraordinary architecture and the magnificent Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church. Tired? Yes, it was a very busy day!
